PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepared antigen of Bartonella henselae having high specific antigenicity and usable for detection and assay of Bartonella henselae and for production of a vaccine.SOLUTION: Useful prepared Bartonella henselae antigen can be obtained from Bartonella henselae cell cultured in a serum medium by treating the cell by a specific process. An enzymatic immunoassay to use the prepared Bartonella henselae antigen can specifically determine CSD positive in high sensitivity in diagnosis to use a specimen (serum) from a patient. The prepared Bartonella henselae antigen can be used for production of a vaccine.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の目的は、バルトネラ・ヘンセラエの検出測定に用いることができ、さらにはワクチン製造に用いることができる、特異的抗原性が高い、バルトネラ・ヘンセラエの調製抗原を提供することである。【解決手段】血清培地で培養したバルトネラ・ヘンセラエ菌体を特定の工程で処理することにより、有用なバルトネラ・ヘンセラエ調製抗原を提供できる。本発明の調製バルトネラ・ヘンセラエ抗原を用いた酵素免疫法は、患者からの試料(血清)を用いた診断において、CSD陽性を特異的に高感度で判定できる。また、本発明のバルトネラ・ヘンセラエ調製抗原はワクチン製造に用いることができる。【選択図】図1
