PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide recovery device that efficiently recovers carbon dioxide of exhaust gas discharged from a cogeneration device and supplies the recovered carbon dioxide to a plant cultivation facility by using an adsorbent without increasing the size of the device and that improves fuel economy of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: Exhaust gas discharged from an internal combustion engine is pressure-fed to adsorption tanks to adsorb carbon dioxide to first adsorbents, and by reducing the pressure inside the adsorption tanks, the adsorbed carbon dioxide is desorbed, is pressure-fed to a storage tank and is adsorbed to second adsorbents for storage. The stored carbon dioxide is supplied to a facility. An operation of the internal combustion engine is controlled so as to make an air fuel ratio lean when a user request for carbon dioxide input to a control panel to which a user request at least for carbon dioxide and electric power can be input is made and so as to make the air fuel ratio non-lean when a user request other than that for carbon dioxide is made (S10, S12, S16).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
