PURPOSE: A method for preparing supermolecular complex of non aqueous drug component is provided to maximize function of drug and improve thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing supermolecular complex of non aqueous drug component comprises: a step of preparing extract of Artermisia capillaries Thunb. Schizonepeta tenuifolia var. japonica, and sweet fennel； a step of isolating and purifying drug components of &beta；-pinene, menthone, pulegone, limonene, anethole, estragole, and fenchone； a step of adding the drug component to &beta；-cyclodextrin and/or &gamma；-cyclodextrin aqueous solution； and a step of stirring at room temperature for 0.5-2 hours.본 발명은 약용식물에서 기능성 성분을 분리 정제하고 이를 다시 초분자화를 통해서 성분의 기능을 극대화 하는 것에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로는 홍삼, 인진호, 형개, 회향, 측백엽 등의 약용식물에서 목적하는 기능성 성분을 분리 정제한 후, 이를 수용성 분자담지체인 사이클로덱스트린과 PAMAM(polyamidoamine) 5세대 덴드리머와의 초분자 상호 작용을 활용하여 식물유래 비수용성 약용성분의 초분자 복합체를 제조하여 약용 성분의 기능을 극대화 하는 기술에 관한 것이다.
