The present invention provides an elastic band for correcting a joint deformity and enhancing a joint function, and a device for mounting the same, the elastic band comprising: a first band, which has a strip shape and is to be attached to an outer part of a joint of a finger or toe and to the back of a hand or the top side of a foot； a second band, which is to be attached to an inner part of the last joint of the finger or toe while surrounding the inner part, the second band having a width increasing toward the end thereof in order to surround side parts of the finger or the toe together； and a connection part, which is interposed between the first band and the second band to integrally connect each other and has a width that gradually decreases and then increases toward the second band from the first band.La présente invention concerne une bande élastique pour corriger une déformation d'articulation et améliorer une fonction articulaire, et un dispositif pour monter celle-ci, la bande élastique comprenant : une première bande, qui a une forme de bande et est destinée à être fixée à une partie externe d'une articulation d'un doigt ou d'un orteil et au dos d'une main ou au côté supérieur d'un pied； une seconde bande, qui doit être fixé à une partie intérieure de la dernière articulation du doigt ou de l'orteil tout en entourant la partie intérieure, la seconde bande ayant une largeur augmentant en direction de l'extrémité de celle-ci afin d'entourer les parties latérales du doigt ou de l'orteil ensemble； et une partie de connexion, qui est interposée entre la première bande et la seconde bande pour se connecter complètement l'une à l'autre et a une largeur qui diminue progressivement puis augmente de la première bande vers la seconde bande.본 발명에 따르면, 손가락 또는 발가락 마디의 바깥 부분과 손등 또는 발등에 부착시키기 위한 것으로, 띠 형상을 갖는 제1밴드； 손가락 또는 발가락 끝마디의 안쪽 부분을 감싸면서 부착시키기 위한 것으로, 손가락 또는 발가락의 측부를 함께 감싸기 위해 단부로 갈수록 폭이 확장되는 제2밴드； 및 상기 제1밴드 및 제2밴드의 사이에 개재되어 서로를 일체로 연결시키는 것으로, 상기 제1밴드에서 상기 제2밴드 쪽으로
