PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a bone absorption rate while balancing the strength of the entire space formed after osteotomy.SOLUTION: A kit includes: a bone prosthetic material 1 which is filled inside an osteotomy section C formed in a wedge shape to be gradually widened toward one side face by opening a cut surface B formed from one side face of a tibia A near a joint of the tibia A and a bone plate fixed on one side face to cross an opening part of the osteotomy section. The bone prosthetic material 1 is constituted of a ceramic porous body having compression strength of 10 MPa or higher, and is formed in the wedge shape having two close adhesion surfaces closely attached to the two cut surfaces B respectively while being disposed on a side where an interval between the cut surfaces B is narrow inside the osteotomy section C.
