Disclosed is a thermotherapy device which applies heat to the body of a user. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the thermotherapy device includes: a housing having an opening at an upper portion thereof； a lower reflector including a first reflector disposed on a bottom surface of the housing and a second reflector slantingly connected to one side of the first reflector； an upper reflector positioned above the lower reflector such that the front surface is opened and faces the first reflector； a heat-generating unit positioned between the lower reflector and the upper reflector； and a protector located on the top of the upper reflector.사용자의 신체에 열을 가하는 온열기가 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 온열기는 상부에 개구부가 형성된 하우징과 상기 하우징의 바닥면에 배치되는 제1반사판 및 상기 제1반사판의 일측에 경사지게 연결되는 제2반사판을 포함하는 하부반사판과 전면이 개방되고, 상기 전면이 제1반사판을 향하도록 상기 하부반사판의 상부에 위치하는 상부반사판과 상기 하부반사판과 상기 상부반사판 사이에 위치하는 발열부 및 상기 상부 반사판의 상부에 위치하는 보호대를 포함할 수 있다.
