PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical liquid injecting device having a function of monitoring the injection pressure of the chemical liquid while injecting the chemical liquid and displaying it on a display. A chemical liquid injection device utilizes a piston drive mechanism 161, which is driven by a motor 162, a motor current measurement circuit 163 that measures a motor current, a touch panel 103, and a measurement result obtained by the motor current measurement circuit. And an injection device control circuit for calculating the injection pressure and displaying the calculated injection pressure on the touch panel. The injection device control circuit temporarily stops the operation of the motor when the injection pressure reaches the preset limit pressure during the injection operation of the chemical liquid, and the operation of the motor due to the injection pressure reaching the limit pressure is stopped. During the stop, as the injection pressure, the limit pressure is displayed on the touch panel instead of the calculated injection pressure.
