- 本发明公开一种载药的介孔二氧化硅包覆聚吡咯纳米粒及其制备方法,包括聚吡咯纳米粒的制备以及载药的介孔二氧化硅包覆聚吡咯纳米粒的制备。本发明所制备的载药的介孔二氧化硅包覆聚吡咯纳米粒制备工艺简单,生产成本低,易于工业化生产。一方面,该新型纳米制剂通过肿瘤部位的EPR效应进入肿瘤间质,实现肿瘤被动靶向给药,提高药物生物利用度,降低药物毒副作用,增强药物治疗作用,另一方面,包覆在内部的聚吡咯具有很高的光热转换效率,可同时进行光热治疗,并实现光声成像,具有潜在的临床应用价值。
