Disclosed is a method for controlling coccidiosis comprising orally administering (A) fermentation product of a lactic acid bacterium; and (B) fermentation product of a propionic acid bacterium, to non-human animals over a long period of time longer than 25 days after birth, wherein (A) is a fermentation product of a lactic acid bacterium: at least one of lactic acid bacterial cells obtained by neutralization culturing a lactic acid bacterium belonging to Lactobacillus gasseri in a whey protein derivative-containing medium, a culture of the lactic acid bacterium, a broken cell of the lactic acid bacterium, a residue of a culture of the lactic acid bacterium, and a treated product thereof; and (B) is a fermentation product of a propionic acid bacterium: at least one of propionic acid bacterial cells obtained by culturing a propionic acid bacterium belonging to Propionibacterium freudenreichii in a medium containing whey, a culture of the propionic acid bacterium, a broken cell of the propionic acid bacterium, a residue of a culture of the propionic acid bacterium, and a treated product thereof.
