Compositions and methods for reducingbody fat by administering an effective amount of oxaloacetate are likewise provided.Compositions for DNA repair in UV damaged cells is provided are also provided.Similarly, a method for treating a hang-over comprising administering an effectiveamount of oxaloacetate is disclosed.
