PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: virus-like particles which combine epitopes from many circulating viral strains and are used to produce more robust immunological responses to multiple viral strains； and vaccines using the same.SOLUTION: The present invention provides at least one polypeptide having a composite amino acid sequence derived from a consensus sequence corresponding to capsid proteins of two or more circulating strains of a non-enveloped virus.
