PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immersion apparatus in rice-cooking equipment, which has a simple structure and uses a vessel different from a rice kettle to immerse rice grains into immersion water.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an immersion apparatus of rice-cooking equipment, comprising: immersion vessel transfer means for circulating and transferring a plurality of immersion vessels； and a rice grain and immersion water supply unit and a rice grain and immersion water discharge unit, which are arranged along a circulation transfer path of the immersion vessels.
