A method of displaying medical images includes displaying a medical image list on a display； changing a size of a first medical image included in the medical image list according to a user input； changing respective sizes of medical images other than the first medical image in the medical image list according to the changed size of the first medical image； determining a layout of the medical image list according to the changed size of the first medical image and a size of the display； and aligning the medical image list according to the determined layout.
