Each side wall part (3) has a standing part (312) standing from the main body part (2) toward wearer, a plane part (313) spreading outward in the width direction from an upper end (3121) of the standing part (312), and two elastic members (32a, 32b) extended in a longitudinal direction and bonded to the plane part (313). In each side wall part (3), since the plane part (313) is thicker than the standing part (312), it is possible to improve stability of the shape of the plane part (313) and enhance fitting of the plane part (313) to the wearer. Consequently, leakage of excrement from the side wall parts (3) is prevented more reliably.
