The method sectioning organs to align an image from magnetic resonance imaging with a histopathologic section comprises the steps of: obtaining an image coordinate of magnetic resonance imaging of an organ in a human body fixating the organ with a molding solution after removing the organ from the human body obtaining an image coordinate of magnetic resonance imaging of the organ fixated with the molding solution outside the human body refixating the organ with the molding solution after adjusting the position of the organ outside the human body to align the image coordinate of magnetic resonance imaging of the organ in the human body with the image coordinate of magnetic resonance imaging of the organ outside the human body and sectioning the organ refixated with the molding solution using a cutting device in a state of being repositioned outside the human body. The method for sectioning organs to align an image from magnetic resonance imaging with a histopathologic section enables an organ outside a human body to be repositioned while be rotated in every direction by an angle adjuster, in order to align an image coordinate of magnetic resonance imaging of the organ scanned outside the human body with an image coordinate of magnetic resonance imaging of the organ scanned in the human body, and then to be refixated with a molding solution.
