PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building capable of growing and maintaining natural turf without obstructing the line of sight of an audience. SOLUTION: A floor structure 20 having a growing surface of natural turf 23 on the surface and placed on a floor portion 11, an elevating device 40 for raising and lowering the floor structure 20, and a raised floor structure 20. The elevating device 40 includes a roof body 30 having an opening 31 through which the wire rope 42 enters, and a winch 41 for winding and feeding the wire rope 42, and a pulley 43 fixed to the floor structure 20 and suspended from the wire rope 42. The floor structure 20 is suspended from the roof body 30 by a wire rope 42.
