The invention relates to a transport trolley (10) for a patient comprising: - a lower frame (12) provided with wheels (14)； - an upper frame (22) having a coating (24) having a longitudinal direction (L), said upper frame (22) having a head side and a foot side, the upper frame (22) being connected to the lower frame (12) via a first lifting arm (30) and a second lifting arm (32) for moving the upper frame (22) relative to the lower frame (12). The invention is characterized in that the first and second lifting arms are pivotally mounted to the lower frame about distinct axes of rotation (A, B) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the coating, and are independently actuated by one of the other through first and second actuators attached to the lower frame.L'invention concerne un chariot de transport (10) pour un patient comportant : - un châssis inférieur (12) muni de roues (14) ； - un châssis supérieur (22) comportant un couchage (24) présentant une direction longitudinale (L), ledit châssis (22) supérieur présentant un côté tête et un côté pieds, le châssis supérieur (22) étant relié au châssis inférieur (12) par l'intermédiaire d'un premier bras de levage (30) et d'un second bras de levage (32) permettant le déplacement du châssis supérieur (22) par rapport au châssis inférieur (12). L'invention se caractérise par le fait que les premier et second bras de levage sont montés pivotant au châssis inférieur autour d'axes de rotation (A, B) distincts perpendiculaires à la direction longitudinale du couchage, et sont actionnés indépendamment l'un de l'autre grâce à des premier et second actionneurs fixés au châssis inférieur.
