The present invention relates to an average weight calculation and management system for spawning poultry and an average weight calculation and management method using the same. The system performs average weight calculation on spawning poultry and performs average weight-based weight management. The system includes: a weight measurement device installed in a plain poultry house or a cage poultry house and measuring a growth environment and poultry weight in real time by using a load cell and an environment sensor； a weight measurement/management server obtaining average poultry weight by receiving weight data on the weight measured by the weight measurement device and generating weight management information by using the obtained average weight； and a monitoring unit receiving the weight management information and the average weight obtained by the weight measurement/management server and providing the weight and the information for an administrator.
