PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a construction in a granular material scattering device configured to be installed on a mobile vehicle as can control the letting-off of the granular material by a letting-off part independently of a driving source for driving the work part of the mobile vehicle.SOLUTION: A fertilizer applicator 8 made mountable on a rice trans-planter comprises a let-off part 11, an electric motor 50 and a control part. The let-off part 11 lets off a fertilizer. The electric motor 50 drives the let-off part 11. The control part controls the rotation of the electric motor 50.
