The indoor location-based service system for a visually impaired person comprises: a location information providing module transmitting a location information signal of a client of indoor location-based service for the visually impaired； a terminal transmitting an information signal to the client including the location information signal； and a server which receives the information signal for the client and subdivides an indoor recognition distance unit to adjust a recognition distance with less error than a recognition distance measurement error of the position information signal.본 발명은 시각 장애인용 실내 위치기반 서비스 대상인 클라이언트(client)의 위치 정보 신호를 전송하는 위치정보 제공모듈과, 상기 위치 정보 신호를 포함하는 상기 클라이언트에 대한 정보 신호를 전송하는 단말기, 및 상기 클라이언트에 대한 정보 신호를 전송 받으며, 상기 위치 정보 신호의 인식 거리 측정 오차보다 오차가 적은 인식 거리 조정되도록, 실내 인식 거리 단위를 세분화하여 서비스 하는 서버를 포함하는 시각 장애인용 실내 위치기반 서비스 시스템을 제공한다.
