The present invention relates to an adenoviral vector in which a viral capsid is coated with a polypeptide capable of stimulating a peptide-specific immune response in a subject and uses thereof. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method of treating diseases, such as cancer, with adenoviral vectors coated with a polypeptide that causes a peptide-specific immune response.
