Provided is a drug dispensing box and cartridge having a mutually coupledstructure.The cartridge disposed on each of floors of a drug dispensing apparatus andconnected toeach of a plurality of drug dispensing boxes includes a cartridge housingcomprising a lowerhousing supporting the drug dispensing box and a rear housing restrictingentry of the drugdispensing box by a predetermined distance, a rail disposed along an entrypath of the drugdispensing box on the lower housing； and a first data transmitting/receivingterminalconnected to the drug dispensing box to transmit/receive data. A rail forguiding the drugdispensing box when the drug dispensing box and the cartridge are connected toeach othermay be provided to connect the drug dispensing box to the cartridge at aregular position.
