The device (1) has a rolling frame (3) laterally fixed to a motorized machine (2) by two hinges (4, 5), where the hinges are respectively located at front and back of the motorized machine following a longitudinal axis (X-X') for permitting a relative pivoting of the frame and the motorized engine around the axis. A vertical mast (11) is integrated to the rolling frame, and carries a hedge trimmer (12) at adjustable height.
