The present invention describes new pyridopyrimidinederivatives compounds with structure represented by GeneralFormula (I):(see formula I)or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, or theirmixtures (in any ratio), a pharmaceutical compositioncontaining them, a method for using the newpyridopyrimidine derivatives compounds as inhibitor of thecyclic nucleotide synthesis or as inhibitor of the cAMP andcGMP synthesis, and their uses in the prophylactic and/orcurative treatment of diarrhea, colitis and irritable bowelsyndrome.
