The disclosed contra-angle handpiece comprises: a body tube having a curved shape； a head to which a file is detachably coupled and which is fixedly coupled to the front end of the body tube and having a connecting part protruding rearward in a pipe shape so as to fit into a front end portion of the body tube； an adhesive layer formed by applying an adhesive agent between the connecting part and the inner peripheral surface of the front end portion of the body tube and bonding the connecting part to the front end portion of the body tube； and a first alignment part maintaining the connecting part in alignment with the front end portion of the body tube.
