PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and simple formation method of an artificial tooth comprising an artificial dentine, or an artificial dentine and an artificial enamel.SOLUTION: There is provided a formation method of an artificial dentine by immersing a substrate which includes amorphous calcium phosphate and collagen, and which is formed of a filler of nano particles whose diameter is 500 nm or smaller, into a mother liquid including calcium ion and phosphate ion.
