PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-alcoholic beverage having an alcoholic taste with thickness and an aftertaste improvement effect, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The non-alcoholic beverage includes an aliphatic aldehyde having 5 carbon atoms and an acetate ester. Preferably the content rate of the aliphatic aldehyde having 5 carbon atoms is 0.05 to 0.5 ppm, and the content rate of the acetate ester is 0.05 to 0.5 ppm. Preferably the total content of the aliphatic aldehyde having 5 carbon atoms and the acetate ester is 0.15 ppm or more. The manufacturing method of the non-alcoholic beverage includes blending the aliphatic aldehyde having 5 carbon atoms and the acetate ester at some step of the manufacturing process thereof.
