THE CARTRIDGE (1) IS DEPLOYED IN A PARTICULAR DESIGNED DISPENSER FOR REFRESHING THE SURROUNDING AIR TYPICALLY IN A LARGE PUBLIC ROOM. A FAN (50) MOUNTED WITHIN THE DISPENSER CREATES A DRAUGHT PASSES THE WICK (21) AND SUBSEQUENTLY DISCHARGE THE VAPOURISABLE SUBSTANCE INTO THE SURROUNDING ATMOSPHERE REFRESHING IT IN THE PROCESS. PROVISIONS IN THE DESIGN OF THE CARTRIDGE (1) ENABLES THE WICK HOLDER (16 OR 16A) AND HENCE THE WICK (21) TO BE RAISED AND HELD AT A DESIRED LEVEL IN THE CONTAINER (10) OF SAID CARTRIDGE (1) TO EXPOSE THE LOWER PART OF THE WICK (21) TO THE DRAUGHT WHEN THE VAPOURISABLE SUBSTANCE TOWARDS THE UPPER PART OF THE WICK (21) IS USED UP THUS CONTINUOUSLY REFRESH THE AIR IN THE ROOM.
