PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make foam to be used for a cleaning part, such as polyurethane, not disposable like a conventional one but reusable, considering the improvement in cleaning efficiency, and to reduce fallen hair at first in a commodity using a twisting brush, and achieve improvement in cleaning efficiency, elimination of discomfort caused by a core wire (metallic line), and improvement in use feeling.SOLUTION: In the case of using foam such as polyurethane in a cleaning part, a processed product obtained by vertically sandwiching plate-shape resin foam by a core wire 2 and twisting so as to make the cross section circular is used as the base material. In a twisting brush obtained by twisting processing a fiber bundle 1, a reduction in fallen hair is realized by a method of softening or dissolution cooling a fiber bundle part half surface.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】清掃部に使用されるポリウレタン等のフォームにおいては、従来品のように使い捨てタイプではなく、繰り返し使用でき且つ、清掃効率の向上を考察し、捩りブラシを使用した商品においては第一に抜け毛の減少を課題とし、清掃効率の向上、芯線(金属線)による不快感の排除と使用感の向上を図る。【解決手段】清掃部にポリウレタン等のフォームを使用する場合においては、板形状樹脂製フォームを、芯線2において上下より挟み断面が円形になるまで捩った加工品を基材として使用し、糸束1を捩り加工した捩りブラシにおいては、糸束部半面を軟化又は溶解冷却する方法などで抜け毛の減少を実現した。【選択図】図1
