PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Corbicula leana rearing kit, culturing Corbiculae leana and fishes and growing plants in a closed biosystem.SOLUTION: This kit includes: a Corbicula leana rearing tank 1 for breeding Corbiculae leana 5； a fishes rearing tank 2 for breeding Oryzias latipes (fishes) 6； a circulating pump 3 and a circulating pipe 8 connecting the tanks and the pump to each other. An atmosphere adjusting medicine (Chlorella, microorganism, and bacillus) 10 is put in the fishes rearing tank 2. By the function of the atmosphere adjusting medicine 10, the feed residue and fishes' excrements are dissimilated to make the bait for Corbiculae leana 5.【課題】閉じた生物系でのマシジミ及び魚類の養殖と植物の栽培を行うマシジミ飼育キットを提供する。【解決手段】マシジミ５を飼育するためのマシジミ飼育槽１と、メダカ（魚類）６を飼育するための魚類飼育槽２とを、循環ポンプ３と、それぞれを繋ぐ循環配管８とにより概略構成し、魚類飼育槽２に環境調整剤（クロレラ・微生物・細菌）１０を投入する。この環境調整剤１０の働きにより、残餌や魚類の排泄物が異化されマシジミ５の餌を作ることができる。【選択図】 図２
