PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat attack determination device, a portable terminal device, a heat attack determination method, and a heat attack determination program, which make it possible to detect a heat attack without additional hardware.SOLUTION: A portable terminal device 10 calculates a first index from at least one of a temperature and a humidity taken by a sensor 11. The portable terminal device 10 detects a pulse rate from an image taken by a camera 13. The portable terminal device 10 determines whether or not there is onset possibility of a heat attack by using the first index and the pulse rate. The portable terminal device 10 indicates a determination result.
