The isolation space S3 is formed by the second closing member 18, and a second sterile room sterilization process for sterilizing the isolation space S3 and the second sterile room S2 communicating via the aperture O is conducted at a state that the expansion packing 14 (seal means) is apart from the first closing member 15.
