The present invention refers to a formulation which composition includes lipid molecules of the steroidal type, either in a neutral or organic salt form and/or molecules with at least a carboxyl group and/or carbonyl group, which acts as an inducing active in a treatment in situ, which is minimally invasive, non-surgical, preferably over intact lesions, using the natural microenvironment of the lesion for inducing regeneration of fractures and redirection of tumors and cysts of the soft and intra-bone tissues in mammals.
