PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch which has a great warmth effect and has low stimulus associated with the warmth.SOLUTION: In the patch which has a hydrous adhesive layer on a sheet shaped support, the moisture vapor transmission of the support is 300 g/m2/24 hours or less, and the hydrous adhesive layer contains stimulus ingredients for warmth and crotamiton.
