The present invention relates to a head and neck healthcare apparatus, which is a wearable helmet device composed of micron light or far infrared material to irradiate the head and neck for health promotion. The device comprises a helmet-type housing, and middle- and inner layer linings. The helmet-type housing is plated with thin film or coated with far infrared ceramic or bamboo charcoal material. The middle-layer portion is made of ceramic material generating far infrared as a chip card or chain-like object, and is cascaded with heating circuits to compose a mesh-type linkage covering the head and neck of the whole helmet. Thus, the heating circuits are used to control the suitable temperature irradiating a certain organ or tissue of head and neck in a uniform or concentrated manner to enhance the warming effect and the non-warming health effect of far infrared or micron light non-ionizing radiation.
