The present invention relates to a multilayer embedding structure for embedding mixed algae extract, comprising a granular mixed particle core, a fat layer, an emulsion layer, a protein layer and a waterproof layer. The embedding structure is composed of a mixed algae extract having functions of anti-oxidation, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory or anti-tumor. Through the embedded structure, the extract can maintain the characteristics of being stable and not easily damaged by gastric acid, and can be absorbed in the intestinal tract, thereby increasing the stability and absorption efficiency of the extract. The embedding structure comprises a particulate mixed particulate core encased in a mixed algal extract. The fat layer is mixed on the outer surface of the fine particles, so that the extract is not easily oxidized but is easily dissolved and dispersed. The emulsified layer is coated and fixed on the surface of the fat layer to assist the extract to form chylomicrons in the intestine, and is easy to be absorbed by the intestinal villus cells.
