The present invention provides a blood sampling strip which is used to puncture the skin's epidermis for sampling the blood, and includes a flake main body, an electrode film and a plurality of lancets. The main body has a top face and a groove formed from the top face toward the bottom. The electrode film is installed at the inside of main body and has an exposed interaction area located at the groove. Especially, the lancets are made by gold string with the wire bonding method and are placed at regular intervals on the interaction area. Furthermore, the top end of each lancet substantially does not protrude out of the top face of main body, Therefore, this invention not only can reduce the maximal diameter of lancet to be no more than 200 &mgr；m so as to alleviate the hurt while sampling the blood, but also can provide a plain blood sampling strip.本發明是一種採血試片，用以穿刺過皮膚之表皮層取得血液，包含有一片狀的本體、一電極薄膜，及複數穿刺針，該本體具有一上表面，及一自該上表面向下形成的凹槽，該電極薄膜設置在該本體中並具有一位於該凹槽而外露的作用區，特別的是，該等穿刺針是以金線打線方式形成，並間隔地設置在該作用區上，且每一穿刺針的頂端實質不凸伸出該上表面，藉此不但可將穿刺針的尺寸微縮至最大徑長不大於200 μm，有效減輕採血時的疼痛感，同時提供一種平面式、易於攜帶的採血試片。
