To provide a gnaw-proof sheet which can obtain a high repelling effect at the initial stage when pecked and gnawed by crows and rodents such as rats and mice, thereby can keep the damage of the sheet body to a minimum, has a changing cycle of long period of time and moreover has high reliability of keeping its strength.

SOLUTION: The gnaw-proof sheet is a stimulant-containing laminate having a fabric or a knit as a base fabric and a birds and beasts-repellent layer comprising a thermoplastic resin composition provided ON at least one surface of the base fabric and the bird and beast-repellent layer is allowed to contain a specific amount of capsaicin-containing microcapsular particles and coarse particulate silicon compound particles having a specific particle diameter at a specific mass ratio.
