Between a first elastic member (351) and a second elastic member (352) that are adjacent, a first cut (51) is provided on a side closer to the first elastic member (351) . Between the second elastic member (352) and a third elastic member (353) that are adjacent, a second cut (52) is provided on a side closer to the third elastic member (353). The cuts (51) and (52) overlap in the lateral direction, and no cut is provided between the cuts (51) and (52).
