PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for improving prediction accuracy of a blood sugar level by predicting the blood sugar level corresponding to a user.SOLUTION: A blood sugar level prediction device stores user information including information of energy intake and energy consumption for the time-sequential data of a blood sugar level in the past of the user, and acquires actually measured blood sugar level data of the user, energy intake information taken by the user and energy consumption information consumed by the user.
