PURPOSE: An adhesive composite for transdermal absorption having rice flour and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain an adhesiveness using the inherent adhesiveness of rice without adding a synthetic adhesive. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composite for transdermal absorption includes 0.5 to 20 wt% of rice flour, 0.1 to 10 wt% of a skin care ingredient, 5 to 45 wt% of a polyhydric alcohol, 0.5 to 10 wt% of a hydrophilic polymer, 0.01 to 5 wt% of a polyhydric metal salt, 0.01 to 5 wt% of a gelation velocity adjusting agent, and remnant water. The skin care ingredient is selected from a group of arbutin, niacin amide, vitamin C, vitamin B5, vitamin E, retinol, coenzyme Q10, adenosine, elastine, collagen, hyaluronic acid, chitosan, and a natural extract.본 발명은 쌀가루를 포함하는 경피 흡수용 점착 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 쌀가루, 피부 미용 성분, 다가 알코올, 친수성 고분자, 다가 금속염, 겔화 속도 조절 성분 및 물을 포함하는 경피 흡수용 점착 조성물 및 (a) 쌀가루, 피부 미용 성분 및 물을 60 내지 80℃의 온도에서 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계； (b) 상기 혼합물을 10 내지 30℃로 냉각시키는 단계； (c) 다가 알콜, 친수성 고분자, 다가 금속염 및 겔화 속도 조절제를 추가로 첨가하여 연고체를 제조하는 단계； 및 (d) 상기 연고체를 시트로 제조하는 단계； (e) 상기 시트를 40 내지 60℃의 온도에서 숙성시키는 단계를 포함하는 경피 흡수용 점착 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 피부에 친화적인 쌀가루를 첨가하여 피부 자극성이 적고, 종래 피부 점착 조성물에 사용되는 합성 점착제를 첨가하지 않고서도 점착성이 개선된 경피 흡수용 점착 조성물을 획득할 수 있으며, 쌀가루를 첨가함으로써 미백효과는 물론 항염 효과도 기대할 수 있다.
