According to an embodiment of the present invention, a manufacturing method of hydrophilic aerogel comprises the following steps: preparing hydrophobic aerogel； and sintering the hydrophobic aerogel to manufacture the hydrophilic aerogel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hydrophilic aerogel is manufactured with a mixed composition comprising hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity by a process of sintering the hydrophobic aerogel in a temperature-elevated state, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process.본 발명의 실시예에 따른 친수성 에어로겔의 제조 방법은, 소수성 에어로겔을 준비하는 단계； 및 상기 소수성 에어로겔을 소결하여 친수성 에어로겔을 제조하는 단계；를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 소수성 에어로겔을 승온 상태에서 소결하는 공정에 의해 친수성 및 소수성을 모두 포함한 혼합 조성물로 제작함으로써 제작 공정을 단순화할 수 있다.
