PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing collagen peptides, Oldenlandiae diffusae Herba extract, or white ginseng polysaccharides is provided to suppress melanocyte proliferation and to brighten skin tone. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains two or more kinds from 0.001-0.05 wt% of collagen peptides, 0.001-10 wt% of Oldenlandiae diffusae Herba extract, and 0.001-10 wt% of white ginseng polysaccharides as an active ingredient. The collagen peptide is contained in an emulsion liquid crystal base of oil-in-water type. The base is sorbitan stearate, sorbitan laurate, behenyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, cetearyl glucoside, polyglyceryl-10 pentastearate, or sodium stearoyl lactylate.본 발명은 콜라겐 펩타이드, 백화사설초 추출물 및 백삼다당체 중 2종 이상을 유효성분으로 함유함으로써 피부 콜라겐의 함량을 증가시키고 멜라닌의 세포 형성을 억제시키며, 피부 밝기, 균일도를 향상시키고 피부 누런기, 붉은기를 완화시켜 더 맑고 환화게 보이게 하는 효과를 제공하는 피부 미백 및 탄력 제고 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
