The present invention relates to Bacillus methylotrophicus strain DR-08, which produces a natural volatile compound and has antibacterial activity, and a use thereof. The Bacillus methylotrophicus strain DR-08 according to the present invention, which is an antagonistic microorganism for controlling phytopathogenic microorganisms, and secondary metabolites, which include antibacterially- and antifungally-active non-volatile and volatile materials produced by said strain, exhibit excellent control activity against various phytopathogenic bacteria and fungi without harming humans and animals or causing environmental pollution, and can thus be extremely useful for controlling various plant diseases in an environmentally friendly manner.La présente invention concerne la souche DR-08 de Bacillus methylotrophicus, qui produit un composé volatil naturel et qui présente une activité antibactérienne et utilisation correspondante. La souche DR-08 de Bacillus methylotrophicus selon la présente invention est un micro-organisme antagoniste, destiné à lutter contre des micro-organismes phytopathogènes, et des métabolites secondaires, qui comprennent des substances volatiles et non volatiles à activité antibactérienne et antifongique, produites par ladite souche, qui présentent une excellente activité de lutte contre diverses bactéries et divers champignons phytopathogènes sans nuire à l'homme et aux animaux ni provoquer de pollution environnementale et qui peuvent donc être extrêmement utiles pour lutter contre diverses maladies des plantes, d'une manière écologique.본 발명은 천연 휘발성 화합물을 생산하고, 항균 활성을 가지는 바실러스 메틸로트로피쿠스 DR-08 균주 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 식물병원성 미생물 방제용 길항미생물 바실러스 메틸로트로피쿠스 DR-08 균주와 이 균주가 생산하는 항세균 및 항진균활성 비휘발성물질과 휘발성물질 포함 이차대사산물은 인축에 무해하고 환경오염을 유발하지 않으면서 다양한 식물병원성 세균 및 진균에 대해 우수한 방제활성을 나타내므로 친환경적으로 다양한 식물병을 방제하는데 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
