The present disclosure relates to a method of preparing a fatty acid ethyl ester, comprising: preparing a vegetable lipid； performing transesterification by mixing the vegetable lipid, a first fatty acid ethyl ester, and lipase in a reactor； removing the triglycerides and diglycerides present in the reactor； and separating a second fatty acid ethyl ester via rectification from the reactor.
