PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a transmitter to an animal easily.SOLUTION: A loop 21 and a belt-like part 22 are formed in a wire 2. The belt-like part 22 is fixed to the bottom of a support body 3. When an animal steps on a footboard 6, the diameter of the loop 21 becomes smaller, and the leg of the animal is entrapped in the loop 21. A transmitter 8 attached to the loop 21 is mounted on the leg of the animal. When the animal tries to move, the belt-like part 22 is pulled, and breaks off at a cut 2A.
