PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective and appropriate isolation unit that can be easily installed in a variety of facilities in the event of a pandemic and that can be easily dismantled, removed and disposed of.SOLUTION: A frame 1 is assembled by interconnecting column members 2 and beam members 3 via joint members 4, and an isolation sheet 10 is mounted on the outer periphery and/or inside thereof. The column members, the beam members, and the joint members 4 are formed of pipes, particularly paper pipes, and dismantling cords are incorporated into their required portions. The column members are biased by telescopic members 6 and installed in a self-standing state between a floor face and a ceiling face. The frame is provided with diagonal members. The isolation sheet 10 is made of either film or paper, and curtains 10a that can be opened and closed are installed at entrances and exits. Isolation sheets are also installed on top of and within the frame as partition curtains.
