The subject of invention is the health-giving foodstuff containing ethyl esters of fatty acids of linen oil or linen oil and fish oil, characterised in that it constitutes of microcapsules in form of powder, which contains, in a protein-carbohydrate matrix, a nutraceutical with bioactive ethyl esters of acids ALA, LA or ALA, LA, DHA, EPA with not more than 4 percent by weight addition of ethanol, based on at least 99.8% anhydrous pharmaceutical ethanol, in form of drops of diameter less than 21.1m.
