The invention relates to a parallel modular system for the laparoscopic treatment of unresectable liver tumours. According to the invention, the system consists of two robotic modules (3 and 4) for guiding a laparoscopic ultrasound probe and for guiding a treatment needle, respectively, each having five degrees of mobility and being arranged on a frame (2) attachable to a treatment bed, the first robotic module (3) is composed of two mechanisms (5 and 6), where the first mechanism (5) has three degrees of mobility and by its means a laparoscopic ultrasound probe (32) for liver investigations is positioned, the positioning of the probe (32) in the horizontal plane being made by actuating some gearmotors (22 and 24), with the help of the first mechanism (5) is also arranged the second mechanism (6) which is composed of two circular guides (28 and 31), the second circular guide (31) being embedded in a movable platform (20), the second robotic module (4) is composed of two mechanisms (33 and 34), where the first mechanism (33) has three degrees of mobility and by its means a treatment instrument (64) is positioned, the positioning of the instrument (64) in the horizontal plane being made by actuating some gearmotors (54 and 55), and the second mechanism (34) is composed of two circular guides (59 and 61), the first circular guide (59) being embedded in a movable platform (37c).Invenţia se referă la un sistem paralel modular pentru tratamentul laparoscopic al tumorilor hepatice neoperabile.
