PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter, preventing unnecessary vertical motion of a side float to ground without ruining the earth surface, and also not causing knocking down of a seedling due to pushing the seedling of an adjacent row with mud and disturbance of planting posture.SOLUTION: This seedling transplanter is connected to the rear part of a vehicle body 12 of a passenger use four-wheeled traveling form through a lift link 14 elevated by expansion and contraction of a lift cylinder 13, and a seedling planting device 9 is elevated by the lift cylinder 13 expanded and contracted by the vertical rocking of a center float 3 to control the elevation so that the seedling planting depth is kept uniform.
